30 mlDeveloper liquid Oxidant 3% is easily mixed with premium EYEBROW LIQUID TINT eyebrow paint of the selected shade. As a result, the mixture always has a uniform consistency, is easy to apply and is accurately distributed over the area to be painted. This helps to achieve an accurate and long-lasting result every time.
Developer liquid Oxidant 3% allows you to adjust the saturation of the coloring result due to the proportion of mixing with the dye. The proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3. When diluting the paint with the oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio, you will get a more saturated result, in a 1:2 ratio, lighter, in a 1:3 ratio, the lightest result.
