PRIVACY POLICY

1. We make sure that the processing of personal data at our disposal takes
place in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of good practice
specified in the regulations of the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679
of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04. 2016) and Latvian
Republic.

This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information on the principles of
processing personal data of Clients and Buyers of monesthetique.eu. The
data controller is a legal entity SIA NP health & beauty, LR registration No.
40203283259, legal address: Medus iela 6, Dzidrinas, Ropazu nov.,
Latvia, LV-2130, e-mail address: info@monesthetique.eu (hereinafter "monesthetique.eu", "We", "online store").

2. If the Buyer has expressed a clear and unambiguous desire to purchase
goods in our online store, then he or she, online and with his own consent,
concludes a Distance Agreement, as a result of which the online store is
obliged to fulfill the Buyer's order and the Buyer is obliged to pay for it.

3. The online store processes and collects only those personal data that are
necessary for the successful sale and delivery of goods, requesting minimal
information about the Buyer, such as: name, phone number, email address,
delivery or receipt address.

For some types of data processing, additional, special rules may be
established, about which the Buyer must be informed when providing the
relevant personal data on the Internet-store.

4. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes: for the
right to purchase, analysis of purchases, sale of goods, purchase history,
offering and servicing customer loyalty programs. The online store has the
right to store a database containing personal data, as well as analyze, sort
and use for internal analysis of sales trends and sales promotion.

5. Data exchange between the buyer, banks and the payment card center is
encrypted to ensure the safety of the buyer's personal data and bank details.
Employees of the online store do not have access to confidential bank details
and payment card details of the Buyer.

6. The online store takes all measures, including using organizational and
information technologies to protect the collected personal data. Only specially
authorized employees of the online store can access, process or view
personal data of buyers.

7. The online store may allow other legal entities (authorized data processors)
to process personal data, provided that an agreement has been concluded
with such a data processor, which stipulates that the authorized data
controller is obliged to treat personal data as confidential information and to
guarantee the protection of personal data. Such authorized processors
include e-store systems, cash register software service providers, bank
settlement systems, software development and support partners, logistics and
marketing service providers.

8. The buyer at any time has the right to receive information about his
personal data stored in the online store and get acquainted with them, request
access to his personal data, request the correction of his personal data,
request the restriction of his personal data, request the deletion of his
personal data. In addition, the buyer has the right to revoke his previously
given consent to the processing of personal data. In order to receive
information and get acquainted with his personal data, the buyer must send a
corresponding request by e-mail.

9. The buyer has the opportunity at any time to familiarize himself with his
personal data and change them partially or completely by connecting to his
profile in the monesthetique.eu website system or by sending a
corresponding request to the e-mail: info@monesthetique.eu.

The Buyer can also request the deletion of his personal data by sending a corresponding
written request to the e-mail: info@monesthetique.eu. The online store will
change and / or delete the buyer's personal data after the buyer is identified.

10. The Buyer's personal data is stored until the execution of the Distance
Agreement or for five years from the date of the last purchase.

11. In the event that the processing of personal data occurs for a new
purpose, different from the one for which the personal data was originally
obtained or for which the consent of the data subject was not obtained, the
online store must carefully assess the admissibility of the use and processing
of data. The following aspects are accepted as admissibility:

(1) the relationship between the purposes for which the personal data were
originally obtained and the purposes for which the data will be processed in
the future;
(2) type of personal data;
(3) the possible consequences for the data subject of the planned future
processing;
(4) the existence of appropriate guarantees.

12. The online store reserves the right to unilaterally change the privacy
policy, but strictly in accordance with the requirements of the law. The online
store notifies the data subject of the changes through the website of the online
store.

13. The online store uses cookies on its websites to notify buyers and
customers and ask for their consent.

14. The buyer has the right to apply to the government agency that monitors
the application of Regulation No. 2016/679 / EU.
