Brow scrub used to remove the dead skin from the area around the eyebrows. Brow scrubhelps to exfoliate the upper layer of the skin cells, cleaning the excess dirt accumulated on thesurface and preventing clogging into the pores.
This also facilitates greater access of the skin tooxygen thereby promoting better penetration of the henna pigment or brow tint.
